Mini Mini Reminder
We know how important it is for our backers to see more of the renders before committing to adding miniatures to their pledge! As we release designs, you’ll be able to add to or modify your pledge.
We’ll share designs as soon as we’re able! The remaining minis are still being built as they were an unlocked stretch goal. Our artists are working to get them built as quickly as they can!

Hey backers!
Surveys have been sent out, thank you for your patience!
We ask that you complete it as soon as possible so we can start to prepare our orders with the production facility. The longer this step takes the longer we have to wait for the product! We’re looking to get 80% of the surveys filled before production starts so we can ensure we have enough for everyone.
You’ve sent the surveys out but I didn’t get it. What do I do?
Double-check what e-mailyou used to back the Kickstarter at the time of your pledge! That’s what gets pulled to BackerKit and where the survey will be sent to.
Check your junk folder! Sometimes the surveys get swept up by spam filters and removed from your primary inbox.
If you still can’t locate the survey and don’t receive it by the end of the month, send a message to support at [email protected] and we’ll look into the issue further.
Can I upgrade my pledge through the survey?
Absolutely! Right underneath the Get Started button when you launch the survey will be a link labeled switch your pledge level. Click it!
When will my card be charged?
Cards won’t be charged for pledge upgrades or add-ons right away when you complete the survey. We will start charging when we know product is en route to the warehouse. We'll be sure to post updates regarding this.
My delivery address is in the UK or Europe. Why are there two shipping options? Which should I choose?
We’ve built the survey so we’re able to offer our backers with delivery addresses in the UK or Europe the option to ship their rewards by courier from our warehouse or to have their rewards included on a pallet that will be sent to a distribution centre and shipped from there during fulfillment. Backers we don’t receive an answer from for this question will be automatically placed on the pallet.
To make this decision, consider how long you’re willing to wait for your rewards and if you’re willing to take on any VATs, import taxes or customs fees.
I don’t mind the wait and would like to save money!

Mini Update: Minor BackerKit Survey Delay (1 day, Smoke tests are out!)

Hey backers!
We’re reaching out with a quick update regarding the survey timeline from our last update. It’s taking just a bit longer than we anticipated, BackerKit just finished reviewing the surveys and we just sent out the smoke test to make sure it's working perfectly.
Should everything go well with the test the surveys will go out tomorrow :)

Hey backers!
Thanks again to everyone who's supported us! We're in the final stages of getting the survey built and ready to send out to you. There's just a few more steps!
What’s left? Smoke test October 27th!
We will be sending a smoke test on Tuesday October 27th to ensure everything with the surveys goes smoothly. What happens during the test, is a small percentage of backers will get their surveys. The feedback from that test will tell us if there are any errors or issues with the survey that need to be addressed before we send it out to everyone. When it comes back with no errors, we’ll be sending the rest out in batches early next week! Keep an eye on your inbox!

Yes! When you get your survey hit the button below "Get Started". This will enable you to up your pledge tier in case you've decided you need a little more Heckna!
My payment didn’t go through and I was dropped from the Kickstarter. What do I do?
Don’t panic! You should still receive the BackerKit survey and you’ll be able to pay for your pledge there.
I missed the campaign. When will late pledges be open? October 28th!

We’re so excited to share the world of The Revelia with you!
What happens now with the soundtrack and comic?
We got to learn a lot about our backers by talking with you on our Discord and we saw how much you really wanted the soundtrack and comic. We still want to hit those goals, so we'll be adding on the late pledges and add-ons added in BackerKit towards the tally! We'll be launching that in a couple of weeks so there's still a chance to help us unlock those goals! Stay tuned!
What’s Next?
Kickstarter processes pledges
Kickstarter is going to begin to process payments for this campaign and the process can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. When we get confirmation from them that this step is complete, we’ll send out BackerKit surveys!
BackerKit surveys go out!
Surveys will then be sent out to collect your shipping details along with your pledge and add-ons. You’ll be able to upgrade your pledge or add additional add-ons with the survey as well! This will be open until we start fulfilling but to guarantee your order we suggest filling out the survey as soon as possible.
Digital Rewards
We will be sending you the digital files through BackerKit as rewards are completed. The PDF of the campaign setting has an estimated release date of early 2021!

We will be accepting late pledges for the books, box set and add-ons sometime next week! Everything that's been unlocked (excluding Kickstarter exclusives) will be available for preorder.
